The Role

Adbri is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team based in Stapylton, Queensland.

This role is critical in ensuring the accurate, timely and professional coordination of customer orders, enquiries and deliveries across our concrete, aggregates and masonry products. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales and operations, helping deliver a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Process customer orders, quotes and enquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with sales and operational teams to ensure on-time product delivery
  • Maintain accurate data entry across systems (SAP or similar)
  • Manage incoming calls and respond professionally in a timely manner
  • Support sales teams with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain quote and lead tracking systems to capture opportunities
  • Assist with stock control, reporting and general office administration
  • Ensure all activities align with safety, compliance and company standards

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration or internal sales
  • Strong communication skills with a professional phone manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using SAP or similar systems (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
