What You Will Be Doing They are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representitive based out of their Southport location. This is a long-term position with an ASAP start, working from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. Your duties will include; Accurately quote and process sales orders in a timely and professional mannerEnsure orders align with customer requirements, inventory availability and pricing guidelinesLiaise with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveryContribute to achieving budget and targets by proactively promoting products and identifying upsell opportunitiesPerform operational and warehousing tasks are required (inventory management, stock replenishment, merchandising)Ensure proper stock storage, control and manual handling practices are followed What You Will Need Previous experience in a customer service or sales-based roleRecent exposure to a wholesale or retail environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailCompetent with computers and navigating throughout programsCompetent with MS Office SuiteForklift licence (desirable)Drivers Licence + reliable transport What's In It For You?
