What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of Surf Toyota — greeting customers, understanding their needs, delivering unforgettable test drives, and guiding people through one of the biggest purchases of their lives.

• Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

• Handle all sales paperwork and documentation accurately.

• Comply with state and national legislation relating to vehicle sales.

What You Bring to the Table

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Valid NSW/QLD Driver's License.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A genuine passion customer happiness.

Experience in automotive sales is a bonus, but hunger, drive, and a great attitude will take you just as far.
