English Coach for Business Executive

We are seeking an experienced English Coach to provide one-on-one English coaching for a business executive based on the Gold Coast.

This role is suited to a practical, professional, and patient English Coach who can help improve real-world business communication skills in a private business setting. The focus will be on building confidence, fluency, pronunciation, listening, business vocabulary, and day-to-day professional communication.

This is not a standard classroom teaching role. The right coach will be able to tailor each session around the executive’s business needs, communication style, current English level, and learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide tailored one-on-one English coaching for a business executive.

• Support improvement in spoken English, listening, pronunciation, business vocabulary, and professional confidence.

• Prepare practical coaching sessions around workplace communication, meetings, emails, introductions, presentations, and business conversations.

• Develop a structured but flexible learning plan based on the executive’s goals, current ability, and schedule.

• Track progress and adjust coaching methods as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience coaching or teaching English to adult learners.

• Strong ability to tailor lessons to practical, real-world communication needs.

• Experience in business English, workplace English, or professional communication will be highly regarded.

• Patient, reliable, practical, and able to explain concepts clearly.

• Able to help build confidence in spoken English, listening, pronunciation, vocabulary, and day-to-day professional communication.

• Experience working with business professionals, executives, or corporate clients is preferred but not essential.
