KD Community is a registered NDIS disability service provider founded by lifelong friends Jack and Brandon. We specialise in both in-home care and community access, supporting NDIS participants who are seeking energetic and compassionate support workers.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic Disability Support Worker to join our growing team on the Gold Coast. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact supporting our participants to live more independently, confidently, and socially.
 

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience not essential as you will be trained

  • NDIS workers screening clearance

  • Working with children's check (Blue Card)

  • Current first aid/CPR certificate

  • Have the right to work in Australia

  • Driver licence, reliable transport and comprehensive car insurance

  • Full availability 

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Community Access & Participation

  • Personal Care & hygiene

  • Development of Life Skills

  • Domestic duties 

  • Companionship

  • Every day task such as meal prep, shopping and appointments
