About Your New Role
As a vital member of our Critical Supports Services Team, you'll be assisting our customers with complex needs in Nerang. Our Disability Support Workers are the forefront of delivering exceptional care and innovative strategies to help customers overcome daily challenges and reach their full potential.

About You

• Excels in providing supports in complex environments, including In-Home Supports, Supported Independent Living, Clinical Settings, and Community Access
• Maintains effective communication and strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure continuity and quality of care
• Has experience working with complex support needs, including implementing Positive Behavioural Support Plans, restrictive practice compliance, and supporting mental and physical health challenges
• Ability to priorities and respond effectively to provide a solutions-based approach during high-pressure situations, including critical incidents and emergent needs

Requirements

• A current Driver's Licence (P2 Minimum)
• Paid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• Experience in the Disability Sector providing services to individuals with high-complex needs (1-year minimum)
