Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Family Lawyer with 3+ years PAE to join our expanding team.

About the Role

Working alongside experienced family law professionals, you will manage a broad range of family law matters while receiving support, guidance and opportunities to continue developing your career.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on parenting, property and financial matters
• Managing your own files and progressing matters efficiently
• Conducting negotiations and assisting with litigation matters
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Preparing legal documents, correspondence and court material
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve positive outcomes for clients
• Contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm

This role offers the opportunity to work on quality matters while enjoying genuine autonomy and support.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have at least 3 years PAE in Family Law
• Be confident managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Be organised, strategic and solutions-focused
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment
• Have a genuine passion for family law and client care
