Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Gold Coast. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of construction and development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams, supervising site work, resolving any project-related issues, and maintaining consistent communication with stakeholders. Qualifications Proficiency in Project Management to successfully plan, execute, and oversee construction projects.Experience in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure timely progress and delivery of materials and schedules.Strong skills in Inspection to maintain quality control throughout the construction process.Understanding of Logistics Management to effectively coordinate project resources and supply chains.Proven ability to manage budgets, meet deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Previous experience in the construction or property development industry is highly valued.Relevant qualifications in project management, construction management, or a related field.
