If you have a strong background in remedial building, defect diagnosis, and accurate cost estimation, we’d love to hear from you. About UsAt BRS, we specialise in delivering high-quality building rectification, defect remediation, and remedial construction solutions for commercial, and strata clients. Our team is committed to excellence, transparency, and delivering projects that stand the test of time. About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Remedial Construction Estimator to support our growing workload. In this role, you will:Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for remedial and rectification projectsAnalyse building reports, engineering documentation, and site inspectionsPrepare BOQs, tender submissions, and cost plansIdentify project risks and propose solutionsLiaise with clients, strata managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractorsWork closely with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery What We’re Looking ForTo be successful, you will have:Experience in remedial or rectification construction estimatingStrong understanding of building defects, water ingress, concrete repair, façade remediation, waterproofing, and structural rectificationAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and building reportsStrong attention to detail with excellent analytical and negotiating skillsA proactive attitude and excellent communication skills Why Join Us?Competitive salary package based on experienceSupportive, collaborative team environmentOpportunities for career growth as the company expandsStable pipeline of diverse and interesting remedial projectsWork with a reputable, well-established industry leader
