Essential Requirements

• Valid High Risk Work Licence (CT)

• Proven experience operating Luffing and Hammerhead cranes

• Demonstrated ability to work safely in high-risk environments

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, punctual, and strong time management

Duties May Include

• Operating Luffing or Hammerhead tower cranes on active construction sites

• Assisting with dogging and rigging activities

• Supervising lifting operations as required

• Adhering to company and site-specific safety procedures

• Loading and unloading materials and equipment
