BSP Australia is a commercial construction subcontractor specialising in complete car park fit-outs and refurbishments across South East Queensland.

We deliver the full car park package.

Lline marking, bollards, wheel stops, tactile indicators, stair nosings, guardrail, signage, and safety barriers as a single coordinated subcontract package for Tier 1–3 commercial builders.

We're the direct importer and manufacturer of car parking fixtures. We are growing aggressively and we need another sharp person in the office.

About the Role

This is a hands on estimating and admin role.

You'll be reading plans, measuring quantities, pricing jobs against pre-built rate schedules, and following up with builders to convert quotes into awarded work.

Our rates are templated. The job is takeoffs and builder liaison — getting scopes priced accurately and converting work.

What you'll be doing:

• Reading construction drawings and completing quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam

• Pricing car park fit-out scopes against pre-templated rate schedules

• Liaising directly with builders, site PMs, and contract administrators to follow up and convert quotes to awarded work

• Assisting with variation pricing and invoicing on live projects

• Preparing SWMS, ITPs, and project compliance documentation

• General admin and operational coordination

• Exposure to our warehouse and ecommerce operations
  

What we're looking for:

• Background in commercial construction — subcontracting, trade supply, or estimating

• Can talk shop with builders. You understand how commercial construction works and communicate confidently with site PMs and CAs

• Comfortable reading construction drawings and measuring quantities independently

• Bluebeam experience required

• Familiarity with SWMS and ITP documentation

• Organised, phone-confident, and self-driven
  

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.
