In line with our ongoing commitment to delivering service excellence and to meet the demands of our growing business, we are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an administrative based role, therefore the ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, be well organised and highly accurate in all aspects of their work. Our Contract Administrators are responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy for all contractual documentation in the pre-construction phase.

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative checks to all tender letters and tender plans produced by the Sales Estimating and Drafting teams;

  • Prepare contracts and all other relevant documentation including tender letters, council forms and plans;

  • Processing of post contract variations;

  • Counter signing contracts received from the New Home Sales Consultant and providing the contract to the client’s lending authority;

  • Administrative task of ordering slab designs, registering customer details for appointments with suppliers, ordering insurances;

  • Provide assistance to Team Leader where required.

You will have: 

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a high-volume administration role;

  • Experience in residential building industry;

  • Ability to interpret and read construction plans;

  • Intermediate to Advanced level in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook and data programmes;

  • Customer-centric professional, with exceptional personal presentation;

  • High level accuracy and attention to detail;

  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills, both verbal and written;

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills;

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to deadlines;

  • Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
