About the Role

Due to continued business growth, Superseal is seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple waterproofing projects.

This is a hands-on role that will see you managing projects from commencement through to completion while ensuring safety, quality, profitability and client satisfaction remain front and centre.

You will become the key liaison between clients, builders, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, professionally and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Your ability to effectively coordinate people, resources and project timelines while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships will be critical to your success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from commencement through to completion

  • Develop project schedules, delivery programs and resource plans

  • Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment

  • Monitor project progress and proactively address issues as they arise

  • Ensure project milestones and contractual obligations are achieved

  • Attend client, builder and site meetings

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders

  • Manage project budgets, costs and profitability

  • Identify and manage variations, claims and additional works opportunities

  • Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks

  • Manage project defects and close-out activities

  • Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, project specifications and company requirements

  • Promote and maintain a strong workplace safety culture

  • Prepare project reports, forecasts and progress updates

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring strong project management capability together with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ideally you will possess:

  • Demonstrated Project Management experience within construction, waterproofing, remedial works or related building trades

  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site operations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong commercial acumen and financial awareness

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • Ability to build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capability

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes

  • Professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

Qualifications & Licences

  • Relevant Project Management, Construction or Trade qualifications highly regarded

  • Current Driver's Licence

  • Construction Industry White Card
