OUR FACILITIES: 

Our company employs over 420 staff, across our growing national operations. Our main manufacturing and operations base is located at YATALA in Queensland (between the Gold Coast and Brisbane). We are only a 10-minute drive North of Dreamworld, on the M1 Motorway. 
 
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
 
We are seeking motivated and reliable Production Team Members to support the manufacture of Triple M products. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in electroplating operations, manufacturing, and production environments.

ELECTROPLATING OPERATORS / LINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:     

• Operate and maintain electroplating and zinc plating equipment.
• Load and unload flight bars in accordance with production schedules.
• Monitor plating processes to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify parts, and verify measurements in line with work procedures.
• Follow detailed work instructions and established manufacturing processes.
• Review production schedules using basic computer systems.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the plating line.

Success in the role relies heavily upon the strict observance of company policies and procedures, particularly with regards to Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Service, plus a keen ability to follow all directions as provided by company Leaders.
 
WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING:

• Previous electroplating experience (highly regarded).
• A current driver's licence and reliable transport (essential).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday
  • 5:45 -3:15pm (Day Shift - 1 available)
  • 3:45pm - 1:15 am (Night shift +20% -  2 available).
• Excellent reliability, punctuality, and attendance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A positive work ethic and willingness to support fellow team members.
• A current resume with two recent work referees.
