You’ll work hands-on across production areas, supporting audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. Your new day to day:

• Conduct quality, hygiene and product inspections across processing, packing and dispatch areas.
• Monitor GMP, GHP, food safety and quality standards on the floor, including CCP and QCP checks.
• Maintain clear and accurate QA records to support audits and regulatory compliance.
• Identify non‑conformances and support effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist with internal and external audits, product verification and microbiological testing.
• Provide practical QA guidance and training to supervisors and production teams.
• Champion continuous improvement and help build a strong food safety and quality culture onsite.

To be successful, you’ll need:

• Experience in food manufacturing, meat processing or a similar QA or food safety environment.
• Understanding of HACCP, GMP, GHP and basic microbiological principles.
• Familiarity with QA and compliance systems (e.g. specifications, labelling, stock or process control systems).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot non‑conformances and trends.
• Confident communicator who can work with supervisors, operators and management.
• Proven problem‑solving skills and a practical approach to corrective and preventive actions.
• Solid written skills for completing QA records, reports and audit documentation.
• Positive attitude towards safety, with a genuine commitment to food safety and quality.
