Architectural Graduate (Archicad)Impact Design Studio – Gold CoastImpact Design Studio is a boutique architecture practice based on the Gold Coast specialising in residential architecture including custom homes, duplexes, townhouses and boutique apartment projects.We are looking for a driven Architectural Graduate (2–4 years experience) to join the studio and support the production and documentation of multiple active projects.This is a hands-on role focused on Archicad production and project delivery, working directly alongside the Director. The RoleYou will assist with the development and documentation of residential projects across multiple stages including:• Archicad modelling and drawing production• Preparation of DA and Building Approval documentation• Floor plans, elevations, sections and detailing• Drawing set coordination and updates• Coordination of consultant information• General project support across multiple live projectsThis role suits someone who enjoys driving drawings forward and getting projects delivered, not just early-stage concept work.
