The Role

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position based in Helensvale, QLD. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across a wide range of deliverables. From crafting brand identities and logo concepts to designing websites, marketing collateral, email campaigns, infographics, and social media assets, you’ll bring creative ideas to life with a strong eye for detail and consistency.

Your day-to-day work will involve managing a diverse design workload, ensuring cohesive visual identities across client projects, and staying up to date with design trends and best practice. You’ll also join Account Managers in client meetings to contribute to design-led discussions and help translate client objectives into effective creative solutions.

Collaboration is key in this role. You’ll work closely with our marketing, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure every project aligns with client goals while contributing fresh ideas and elevating the overall standard of design within the agency. We're looking for a designer who values teamwork, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about helping bring our clients' visions to life.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work

• Skills in Logo Design and Branding to craft memorable and professional brand identities

• Strong creative and conceptual thinking, with attention to detail and a passion for design trends

• Highly competent in the Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and After Effects

• Proficient in Figma

• Experienced in Camtasia (or similar video editing tool)

• Adept use of social media apps in a business environment

• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team to execute client projects within deadlines
