About the Role
  • Build and maintain genuine relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and other specification professionals
  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients through regular contact, project discussions, and ongoing relationship development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, industry research, and client visits
  • Understand project requirements and provide tailored natural stone solutions that align with your clients' design vision and project goals
  • Support projects from material selection through to installation, coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, project updates, and sales administration to keep projects moving and clients informed
About You
  • You've always had a passion for interior design and beautiful spaces. Whether through your career, personal projects, or a long-standing interest in design, you appreciate the impact that quality materials can have and enjoy helping clients bring their vision to life.
  • What sets you apart is your ability to build strong relationships. You enjoy getting to know your clients, understanding what drives them, and becoming a trusted partner they turn to for advice, support, and solutions.
Selection Criteria
  • Experience in a sales or specification-focused role, ideally within a comparable industry
