Are you passionate about transforming outdoor spaces. Do you have experience in landscape construction / concreting works.We are a small yet dynamic landscape company looking for a dedicated team leader to join our team and help us create beautiful, sustainable environments.

Minimum 1-2 years experience in landscape construction or minimum 6-12 months experience in concreting works required, with either being sufficient for this role.

Minimum 6 months team leadership experience required.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and install Porous paving, synthetic turf and porous concrete.

• Conduct tree planting and perform large transplants.

• Install various types of retainer walls and fences.

• Use of excavators and mini loaders for earth works.

• Australian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in landscape construction, concreting, form works and machine operation.

• Must have precise ability to use levels and site set ups.

• Experience on use of excavators, mini loaders and towing trailers.

• Able to work autonomously, and understand plans and directions.

• Must be able to manage small crews.

• Must have own vehicle (mileage compensation can be available, possible option of supplying vehicle after trial period)

• Ready for immediate start

• Potential to expand into further roles and bonus systems.

Compensation $42 and above based upon experience and capacity.
