About the Position

The Graphic Designer is responsible for developing and delivering creative visual solutions that support the business’s diverse brands and product lines. Working closely with internal stakeholders across design, production, sales, and marketing, the role involves interpreting briefs, producing high-quality artwork for packaging, marketing collateral, digital assets, and product communications, and ensuring all visual outputs maintain brand consistency and reflect the company’s standards of innovation and quality. This position is essential to strengthening market presence and delivering compelling visual experiences across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Consult with internal stakeholders to determine design objectives, constraints, and brand requirements for projects across fashion, jewellery, and lifestyle product lines. Research and analyse functional communication needs to develop effective, audience-focused visual concepts.

Prepare sketches, illustrations, layouts, mood boards, and digital mock-ups to present and refine design concepts. Design and produce production-ready artwork for packaging, marketing collateral, social media graphics, catalogues, and brand assets in both print and digital formats. Select and recommend appropriate materials, media, colours, typography, and design elements that align with project goals and brand aesthetics.

Detail designs for production and collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure designs are feasible, high-quality, and brand-consistent. Manage multiple design projects concurrently from concept to final delivery while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organised digital asset libraries and archives to support ongoing brand consistency and future project requirements.

Requirements Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply. A bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design, or a related creative field (or an equivalent combination of formal qualifications and demonstrated experience).

Minimum of three years’ professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion, retail, jewellery, or product design industries. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) with the ability to produce clean, production-ready files suitable for print and digital output. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative concept development, technical execution, and attention to detail across a range of design applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills with a proven capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects and tight deadlines. A collaborative, adaptable, and professional approach with the capacity to receive and incorporate constructive feedback to achieve optimal design outcomes.
