▸ Communicates clearly using one-step instructions and allows extra processing time

▸ Approaches continence support with complete professionalism and no judgment

▸ Is willing to liaise with and implement guidance from the Occupational Therapist

▸ Is reliable, punctual, and thorough with progress notes and check-in procedures

Mandatory Requirements

The following must be current and verifiable prior to commencement:

▸ NDIS Worker Screening Check

▸ Working with Children Check - Blue Card, Queensland (current)

▸ First Aid Certification — CPR + First Aid (current)

▸ Right to work in Australia

▸ Experience supporting children with disability or complex needs (highly regarded)

▸ Willingness to complete CBSi onboarding and any required in-service training

Pay: $50,042.01 – $95,307.77 per year
