Are you ready to be someone's everyday hero?
We’re on the lookout for passionate Male Support Workers to join our vibrant, heart-led team at our SIL House in LOGAN/ ORMEAU/ GOLD COAST supporting a female participant living with dementia! ☀

What We’re Looking For:
✅ Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Aged Care (or equivalent)
✅ OR hands-on experience working with vulnerable people
✅ Experience supporting individuals with dementia and complex needs
✅ A big heart, positive vibes, and a passion for empowering others

✅Must have experience working with people with complex behaviors
✅ Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends & overnight shifts
✅ NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid/CPR, and Driver’s Licence (ready to roll!)

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting with daily living (personal care, meals, adventures out & about!)
Providing compassionate care tailored to dementia needs
Implementing Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSP)
Building genuine, lasting connections
Promoting independence, dignity, and the best quality of life
