We are seeking a vibrant, compassionate, and experienced Female Support Workers GOLD COAST AREA.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys connection, conversation, and community engagement, and who understands how to support a person living with Dementia with patience, empathy, and respect.

We are specifically seeking a support worker who:

• Has experience working with vulnerable individuals
• Holds a valid driver’s license, as the client has multiple appointments that require transportation
• Has a vibrant and engaging personality, with the ability to build rapport and actively encourage and prompt the client

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, supportive, and able to positively engage with the client during their shifts.

Support Requirements

• 1:1 direct support
• Medication assistance
• Community access and social engagement
• Emotional reassurance and companionship

A calm, flexible, validating approach is essential.
