This role involves supporting daily factory and manufacturing operations through general labouring, assembly, material preparation, and operating basic tools and equipment. The position requires maintaining a clean and safe workspace, following production instructions, completing quality checks, and assisting with packing and dispatch as needed. Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, capable of manual handling, and able to work well in a team environment.

Previous factory or labouring experience is beneficial but not essential, and a willingness to follow safety procedures and learn new skills is important. Training is provided, and the workplace offers a supportive environment with opportunities to develop and build practical hands on skills.
