We are currently seeking Permanent part-time Home Care Workers to support our clients in aged care, at their homes across Upper Coomera, Surfers Paradise Tallebudgera, and suburbs close by . The commence date for this position is late January as Centacare has a shutdown period.

  The role: 

• The majority of shifts will involve domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation for our clients 
• Providing personal care and supporting clients with daily routines 
• Working unsupervised while maintaining high standards of care and professionalism 
• Offering social and recreational support, from friendly conversations to accompanying clients on community outings 
• Transporting clients safely to appointments or social activities using your own vehicle 
• Running errands and providing general support to enhance clients’ quality of life 

   
What you need: 

• A genuine passion for helping others, with a caring, reliable, and compassionate nature 
• Currently enrolled in or have completed a Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Individual Support, or a related field (minimum 120 placement hours completed) 
• If you do not hold a relevant qualification, a minimum of 3 months’ experience as a Support Worker or related field is required 
• Applicants with cleaning experience are welcome to apply

• QLD registerd Car & Insurance

• Provide First Aid Statement of Attainment  
• Provide CPR Statement of Attainment  
• NDIS Worker Screening Check  
• Blue Card
