Eve Smallgoods is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable young man keen to learn and grow with us in the production room. This is a full-time role (Monday to Friday only: no weekend work) based at our Currumbin Waters facility. You’ll be working alongside our experienced team to support sausage and smallgoods production, learn boning, slicing, packaging and other production duties as required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting in the preparation of raw materials (boning, trimming, filling) under supervision
• Supporting the production process: flow of work, equipment setup, cleaning, packaging
• Following hygiene and food-safety protocols strictly
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, efficient production environment
• Learning new skills and progressively taking on more responsibility

What We’re Looking For

• A willing learner positive about stepping into a production environment
• Able to follow direction, work as part of a team and take initiative
• Good time-management and reliability (we start and finish on time)
• Comfortable working in a cooler production setting (typical of smallgoods manufacturing)
• A strong work ethic and readiness to learn the craft of quality smallgoods production
• An interest in food production/manufacturing would be an advantage
