Tree of Life Childcare and Kindergarten is a community-focused early learning centre located in the heart of Mudgeeraba on the Gold Coast. We are passionate about creating a nurturing, nature-inspired environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

We are currently seeking a qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and lead our Kindergarten program on full-time basis.

About the Role

The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for leading and implementing a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guideline (QKLG), Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and implementing engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Observing, documenting and assessing children's learning and development
• Developing strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Contributing to the centre’s programming, planning cycle and reflective practice
• Supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and school readiness
• Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and centre policies

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
• Sound knowledge of EYLF, QKLG and NQS
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young children and their families

Salary

Salary will be between $75,000 – $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation.
