Disability Support Worker / Cleaner (50/50 Role)

We are a dedicated disability support provider seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated individual to join our growing team in a unique dual-role position combining Disability Support and Domestic Cleaning services.

This role offers variety and flexibility, with approximately 50% of your time providing direct support to participants and 50% assisting with domestic cleaning services to help maintain safe, comfortable, and healthy living environments.

About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker / Cleaner, you will:

Disability Support Duties

• Provide person-centred support to people living with disability.

• Assist participants with community access, appointments, and social activities.

• Support clients to achieve their individual goals and maintain independence.

• Assist with daily living activities as required.

• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.

Cleaning Duties

• General household cleaning and tidying.

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.

• Bathroom and kitchen cleaning.

• Laundry and basic household tasks.

• Ensuring homes are maintained to a high standard.

Essential Requirements

• Current Driver Licence and reliable vehicle.

• Current Yellow Card (NDIS Worker Screening Clearance) or willingness to obtain one.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
