Kindy House Early Learning is a boutique early learning centre committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and inspiring environment where children feel safe, valued, and empowered to learn through play. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator to lead our Toddler Room (1–2 years) and join our dedicated team.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a caring and motivated Lead Educator who is passionate about supporting children during the important toddler years. The successful candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports children's emotional wellbeing, independence, confidence, and development.

We value educators who embrace a child-led approach, build strong relationships with families, and create meaningful learning experiences that inspire curiosity, exploration, and a lifelong love of learning.

About You

• You have previous experience leading a room within an early learning environment.

• You are passionate about supporting toddlers' emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development.

• You have a strong understanding of child development and can confidently plan and implement engaging learning experiences.

• You lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.

• You have excellent communication skills and build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

• You are organised, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality education and care.

Essential Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards), or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience as a Lead Educator or Room Leader is highly regarded.

• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.

• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates (or willingness to obtain).

• Full availability Monday to Friday preferred.
