Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Secondary Coordinator at our Gold Coast campus. The Secondary Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the secondary school, ensuring high standards of academic performance, student behavior, and staff collaboration. Responsibilities include curriculum planning, staff supervision, implementation of school policies, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Secondary Coordinator will also work closely with educators, students, and parents to support individual growth and development, as well as lead initiatives to continually improve educational outcomes. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in curriculum planning, classroom management, and teaching methodologies specific to secondary educationStrong organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to implement school policies and procedures effectivelyExcellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience in supervising and supporting staffStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage positively with students, staff, and parentsCommitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and dynamic learning environmentUnderstanding and appreciation of Islamic values and culture, with the ability to integrate these into the educational frameworkRelevant teaching qualifications and registration, along with experience in a leadership role, is highly desirable
