The Transport Maintenance Services section plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the city's infrastructure, ensuring safe, functional, and sustainable public assets. Our team provides comprehensive maintenance services for meter maintenance, roads, traffic lines and signs, stormwater drainage systems, bridges, beaches, footpaths and waterways.
About the role
The Meter Maintenance Officer is responsible for delivering a proactive and responsive metered parking service. Responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of Council’s pay by plate parking meters, contributing significantly to the delivery of a safe, compliant, and well‑regulated parking environment.
