VENTORA Glass QLD, part of the VENTORA Group operates a site in Stapylton which houses a range of processes including cutting, finishing, heat treatment and coating glass for a range of customers using both semi and fully automatic machinery. The site has approximately 100 employees over 3 shifts.


Due to growth within the business, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Technicians to join our Maintenance team.


Required Attributes:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years well-rounded experience as an Electrical Technician working in an industrial environment.
  • Be trade qualified in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Be proficient in basic mechanical maintenance tasks.
  • A safety-first work ethic.
  • Have pride in your work
  • Be a strong team player.
  • Flexible to work different shifts depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality preventative and reactive maintenance on a range of fully automatic and semi automatic machines in a safe manner.
  • Conduct machine inspections, installation and take part in improvement works.
  • The ability to fault find and rectify production stopping issues quickly and safely.
  • Work with a CMMS system and record data.
  • Help maintain a clean and efficient workshop and storage areas.

In return, Ventora are offering a start rate of $55 per hour to be reviewed after probation, 20 days holiday, Employee Assistance Program, Tool allowance every 3 months and an extra day off for on your birthday.
