Active Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person for a full time Front Desk Administration position across our fast paced clinics on the Gold Coast.

About us:

We are a specialist therapy clinic that provides Hand Therapy and Physiotherapy services post surgery.

We have a great team of people, value professionalism and we don't work weekends!

Location:

We have 5 clinics located in Upper Coomera, Southport, Nerang, Palm Beach and Sth Tweed Heads.


About the opportunity:

We have a new medical administration position in a busy, professional therapy clinic, to work with our senior admin team. Our practice has grown over the last few years and we are looking to provide additional administration support to our therapists. We have senior administration staff that will be able to provide support and we have a very good team approach to our clinics.

There will be the usual administration roles of answering phones, greeting patients, back end management and generally keeping everything running! We are looking for someone that is organised and very friendly and will enjoy liaising with our patients in a professional manner. We have a great atmosphere within our clinics and we are looking for someone whom will contribute to this and support our team.

The position is Full-time. Monday to Friday- no weekends.

Successful applicants must have the ability to complete 4 weeks training at our Southport clinic and be able to work at times across all other clinics.


Key Selection Criteria:

  • Friendly, caring nature with good communication skills.

  • Prior administration experience in health preferred.

  • The ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • Professional approach.

  • Ability to support our team and liaise with Surgeons, Doctors and Physiotherapists.

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Knowledge of allied health or medical terminology would be useful.

  • Ability to work in a busy environment

  • Available to work across all clinics
