About the Position

We are looking for a professional, dedicated, attention to detail Medical Receptionist to join our team. The person we are seeking will be available for approximately between 16-38 hours per week. Preferably with experience of working in a GP clinic

You will be responsible for:

• Handling of incoming phone calls

• Delivery of premium customer service

• Enhancing the image of the front reception with professionalism

• Booking of GP appointments and Allied Health appointments

• Receipting of private billings with Tyro machines, and HICAPS.

• Medicare billings, workcover billings

We envisage the successful candidate will be/have

4. Excellent customer service

5. Friendly and able to work autonomously as well as in a team

6. Excellent computer skills
