MediRec is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to support a range of aged care facilities on a temporary and casual basis.

Whether you're looking to supplement your current income, gain exposure to different facilities, or enjoy the flexibility of agency work, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking staff who can commit to a minimum of 2-3 days per week and have at least 6 months of recent experience working in aged care, disability, or healthcare settings.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Assist with activities of daily living and personal care
  • Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing
  • Complete accurate documentation and handovers
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and person-centred environment

Skills & Experience

  • Current AHPRA registration (for Registered Nurses)
  • Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or equivalent (for AINs)
  • Minimum 6 months of recent experience in aged care, disability, or healthcare settings
  • Availability for at least 2-3 days per week
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Up-to-date Flu and COVID vaccinations
  • Strong communication skills and a reliable work ethic
