We are now seeking a Chef |Cook to join our great little kitchen. This is a great opportunity to for someone to work up to 20 hours a week. This would suit a cook or chef looking at a relaxed and friendly atmosphere with a great team.

The responsibilities of the role include:

• Ensuring the highest standards of food service, quality and presentation, are met at all times

• Maintaining open communication with the front and back of house

• Responsibility for ensuring the cleanliness and order of the kitchen

• Ensuring food standards are adhered to, to guarantee the safety of all our patrons

To be the successful in the role you will have:

• A passion for food and commitment to learn and progress

• Some experience working in a commercial kitchen

• An ability to be organized and work well under pressure

• Motivation and be hard working

• A positive and professional attitude

• Excellent communication skills and be a team player

• Sound familiarization with Food Safety, WHS legislation, sustainability practices and kitchen procedures
