If you’re looking for full-day cleaning jobs or long commercial cleaning shifts, this position may not be the right fit.

Our participants often need support at specific times across the week, which may include short visits (2–5 hours) and/or split shifts across different homes.

About the Role

We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Domestic Cleaners / Housekeeping Support Workers to assist NDIS participants with maintaining a clean, safe, and organised home environment.

This role focuses on domestic assistance within participants’ homes, helping people maintain their living space so they can live more independently and comfortably.

You may support participants across Gold Coast, Brisbane, Logan & Ipswich, depending on your availability and preferred service areas.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing general household cleaning and domestic assistance

• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining living areas

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and shared spaces

• Laundry, washing, and ironing

• Changing bed linen and maintaining tidy living environments

• Supporting participants to maintain safe and hygienic homes

• Documenting services provided and reporting concerns when required

About You

You’re comfortable working short shifts and travelling between participant homes

You take pride in your work and have strong attention to detail

You’re respectful, friendly, and professional when working in people’s homes

You’re reliable, organised, and able to work independently

You understand the importance of trust, privacy, and dignity when supporting participants in their home

What You’ll Need

Experience in domestic cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles (preferred)

NDIS Worker Screening Check + Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)

Driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle

Confidence working independently in participant homes
