Avolta is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at Artisan & Fresh Gold Coast Airport.

About the Role

As the Supervisor you will be responsible

• Planning and overseeing the daily operations of the outlet

• Managing staff, including training, supervising, and amending schedules as required to business needs

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, departmental policies, and customer service procedures

• Resolving customer complaints and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Experience in a hospitality management/supervisory role preferred

• Experience in both café and bar/restaurant environments preferred

• Strong and effective leadership skills; the ability to support, motivate, effectively manage and communicate with team members while maintaining a hands on approach 

• Adheres to Responsible Service of Alcohol standards 

• Proven history of delivering a high standard of customer service 

• Strong administrative skills and POS system experience 

• Able to train and supervise FOH Team members

This is a full time position with some shifts starting at 3.30am in the morning.
