Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Section Waiter/Waitress to join our fine dining Restaurant. The ideal candidate will be providing exceptional customer service in a professional and courteous manner with attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary needs.
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage your section with confidence, grace and efficiency
• Maintain the highest standard levels of presentation and cleanliness
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in fine dining or high end establishment
• Good knowledge of wines, cocktails and seafood cuisine
• Excellent communication skills with fluent English
• Recommend food and beverage pairings with strong product knowledge
• Section experience with ability to carry 3 plates and drink trays with confidence
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
