Lovi is a vibrant Mediterranean-inspired café and restaurant known for our welcoming atmosphere, quality food, and beautifully crafted coffee. Our crew is small but strong – we work hard, support each other, and take pride in creating a space where both staff and customers feel at home.

If you thrive in a fast-paced café environment and love making consistently great coffee, we’d love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1–2 years barista experience in a busy café
  • Ability to dial in grinders and maintain espresso quality
  • Confident with latte art and milk texturing
  • Speed, consistency, and attention to detail during rushes
  • Friendly personality and great customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a tight-knit team

Your Role Will Include:

  • Preparing high-quality espresso and milk-based coffees
  • Maintaining coffee equipment and grinder calibration
  • Keeping the coffee station clean, stocked, and organised
  • Assisting with customer orders when needed
  • Contributing to the positive, supportive Lovi team culture

Why Join Lovi?

  • Supportive, tight-knit team environment
  • Beautiful café with a strong local customer base
