Requirements:

• For Waitstaff:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a la carte service.

• Ability to carry 3 plates, perform tray drink service, and manage a 8-table section.

• For Bar Staff:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a barista or cocktail mixologist.

• Must be 18+ years of age.

• For All Positions:

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.

• Immaculate grooming and presentation.

• Full/Flexible roster availability over 7 days (Lunch & Dinner).

• Must already reside locally with no working restrictions in Australia (no relocation applicants).

• Must reside within the Gold Coast region.
