Located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, Gold Coast, Turtle Beach Resort is currently seeking multiple experienced food and beverage workers who are motivated and committed to providing exceptional service.

Job Position: Food and Beverage Attendant

Employment Status: Casual

Hours Available Per Week: Approx. 25 - 30*

On-site training and ongoing support will be provided to the successful applicant. Duties include:

• Delivery of food and beverage.

• Coffee and cocktail making.

• Cash handling and register operation.

• General cleaning.

• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Any other tasks within your skills, experience and capabilities as directed by Management.

Personal Specifications

• QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement, or ability to obtain prior to commencement.

• Successful completion of a recognised Food Safety Training Course (i.e. dofoodsafely.health.vic.gov.au).

• Barista and cocktail skills advantageous.

• Minimum of 6 months hospitality experience is required for this position.

• Professional presentation and work ethic.

• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.

• Basic knowledge of POS systems is preferred, with additional training provided as needed.

• Ability to work morning and night shifts on a 7-day rotating roster.

• QLD First Aid and CPR not mandatory, but highly regarded.

• Valid Australian work rights or appropriate work visa required.
