Do you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment? Sea World Resort is on the lookout for an Events focused Food & Beverage Outlet Manager to bring unforgettable moments to life for our guests!

From corporate conferences and cocktail functions to family celebrations and signature themed resort events, you will lead the delivery of curated, high-impact guest experiences designed to drive engagement and revenue.

What You’ll Be Taking the Lead On:
• Lead end-to-end execution of all events, from concept to delivery (setup, live service, and pack-down)
• Drive event quality and consistency across all experiences, ensuring each event meets brand and guest expectations
• Motivate, train and guide our passionate Food & Beverage Attendants to ensure every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
• Collaborate with Event coordinators and chefs to design and execute event concepts, menus, and floorplans
• Own the guest journey throughout the event, ensuring memorable, high-energy service delivery
• Manage peak event service periods, adapting quickly to changing demands
• Be ready to jump in where needed, whether it’s setting up a function space or stepping behind the bar.

What You Bring to the Table:
• Strong experience in events, functions, or high-volume service environments with a focus on seamless execution and guest experience: You’re confident in leading teams in an events environment and know how to adapt on the fly.
• You can juggle rosters, manage leave, and ensure service is always covered.
• Barista and bar experience are a bonus, but top-tier service is a must.
• You're solutions-focused and thrive in dynamic and hands-on environments.
• Current QLD RSA required.
• Available for varied shifts across weekdays and weekends, depending on event schedules.
