ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide professional, welcoming, and attentive service to every guest.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, share your menu knowledge and ensure prompt, polished delivery.

• Set up, maintain and clear service areas efficiently while following Haven’s service standards

• Work closely with the kitchen, bar and management teams to ensure seamless, enjoyable service for all guests

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe and comfortable dining experience.
