About the role

Join the passionate team at Binna Burra Mountain Lodge as a part-time or casual Food and Beverage Attendant. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them to the kitchen and bar staff

• Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely and efficient manner

• Clearing and resetting tables between guests

• Assisting with general dining room and bar operations as required

• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining areas

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any guest queries or concerns

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a food and beverage attendant or in a similar customer service role

• Minimum of 6-12 months of food and beverage service experience is required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

• Passion for the hospitality industry and providing exceptional guest experiences

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and procedures

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and public holidays

• Must have Australian work rights
