The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-calibre Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across a premium short-term rental and asset management platform.
This is a performance role within a curated, brand-led business operating at the upper end of the residential market. We do not compete on volume. We compete on quality, positioning and results.
You will play a key role in expanding our luxury portfolio through targeted acquisition, strategic relationships and confident negotiation.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
• Securing high-value residential properties for management
• Building and maintaining strong referral relationship
• Identifying building-level and precinct opportunities
• Presenting a clear, data-led value proposition to property owners
• Negotiating and executing management agreements
• Contributing to long-term portfolio strategy
This role requires discipline, presence and commercial instinct. It is not transactional. It is strategic.
About You
You are ambitious, commercially sharp and highly presentable.
You have experience in property, real estate, project marketing, management rights or a related industry, and you understand the expectations of high-net-worth clientele.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the property or real estate industry is required for this position.
You are confident in front of owners and industry professionals.
You communicate with clarity and authority.
You take accountability for outcomes.
You are motivated by performance and financial reward.
You understand that premium positioning demands premium standards.
Australian work rights are essential for this position.
Earnings & Performance
Base Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (depending on experience)
Uncapped Commission Structure
Expected OTE: $160,000+
Top performers exceeding $200,000+
