Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role within FMCG

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and interpersonal abilities

• A results-driven mindset without compromising safety or quality

• Experience in a supervisor/leadership or backup role within a production/packaging/food/ manufacturing environment;

• Willingness to 'lead from the front', using a hands-on approach;

• Working knowledge of HACCP and WHS systems;

• Drive to get the best out of yourself and others;
