The Role 

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Production team in a newly created role as Production Support Operator. 

This is a full-time role, where you will be responsible for providing hands-on support to the production team to ensure coordination between departments and assisting with various activities i.e. learning how to mix nursery raw material.  

This is a crucial role for maintaining the smooth operation of production processes and ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.  
 
We are seeking a candidate with the following: 
Essential:  

• Forklift licence required 
• Strong attention to detail is a must 
• Strong reading and writing skills 
• Willing to learn product mixing 
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks 
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to safety 

Desirable:  

• Warehousing experience  

Duties will include but are not limited to: 

• Support Production Operators 
• Preparing fertiliser mixes  
• Testing samples of mixes 
• Keeping warehouse tidy and organised 
• Monthly stock takes 
• Learning from Nursery Pad and Bag Pad Operators 
• Ability to operate loaders and screeners - onsite training will be provided 

Standard Hours: 38 hours per week Monday - Friday and overtime where applicable.
