We are looking for multiple people to fill in the role as Production Assistant in our production facility at Molendinar, Gold Coast QLD. Main purpose of this role is to assist the bakery and pastry production teams to ensure the production of quality bread and pastry products in accordance with recipes and hand-made artisan bread and pastry making techniques that are specific and unique. 

Good prior experience in a production and/or food manufacturing environment is essential. Prior experience in bakery/pastry with Food Safety and HACCP knowledge are advantageous but not essentail.

• Hard working individuals with high attention to detail.

• Excellent reading skills is critical to this position.

• Clear understanding of safety in a workplace.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills.
