About The Opportunity

Trend Windows & Doors has an opportunity for a Production Manager based in Ormeau. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is critical in delivering on our customer promises by leading a production team of approximately 70 people to meet production targets, maintain quality outcomes, and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Lead and supervise the production team to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Proactively problemsolve and resolve any production or workflow issues
• Monitor production output and quality metrics to meet targets
• Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Train and mentor leading hands, production employees, and contingent workers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows
• Prepare and provide monthly production reports to the Management Team
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods

About You

• Proven leadership experience with strong organisational and planning skills
• A collaborative team player who is selfmotivated and resultsdriven
• Strong people skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
• Sound judgement and decisionmaking abilities
• Experience with lean principles or Six Sigma methodologies (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Systems savvy with confidence using technology and production systems
